What are Chakra Set Bowls?

Chakra. Chakras are the energy point inside our bodies that should stay open

How it is used.
These bowls are hit and rimmed by a mallet. It produces
different sounds and vibrations over different bowls.
You have to release unnecessary tensions in your arms,
shoulders, and face while striking a bowl.
Hold a singing bowl on your hand with your fingers held closely
together. Make a firm grasp on your mallet and strike it on the exterior mid-wall.
Similarly, you can use the smaller mallet on the outer edge of the bowl and rim
to produce a relaxing sound (Apply a little pressure on doing it).
