Hold a singing bowl on your hand with your fingers held closely together. Make a firm grasp on your mallet and strike it on the perimeter. Hit in 3 times and let the sound flow. (Repeat this for 5 minutes.) Similarly, you can use the smaller mallet on the outer edge of the bowl and rim to produce a relaxing sound (Apply a little pressure on doing it).

Afterwards, close your eyes and try to relax or meditate for 5-10 minutes.
